Note: the fee for on-site registration will increase $100 for private sector participants.

Cancellation Policy:  A $75 processing fee will be charged on all cancellations made before September 10, 2007.  No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after September 10, 2007.  Substitutions are permitted at no extra charge.
