Arrangements
Airline Information
There are several options for traveling to Sunriver. You may fly
directly to the Redmond/Bend Airport or to the Portland International
Airport.
The Redmond/Bend Airport is 45 minutes away from Sunriver and is served
by United Airlines/United Express and Alaska Airlines/Horizon with
connecting flights through Portland, San Francisco and Seattle. Direct
flights are also available from Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles,
San Francisco and Denver.
The Portland International Airport is served by most major carriers,
including American, Continental, Delta, Frontier, JetBlue, Northwest,
Southwest, United and US Airways. Portland is a scenic 3.5 hour drive
to Sunriver.
Ground Transportation
All major rental cars are available at the Portland International
Airport. Avis serves the Redmond/Bend Airport with advance reservations
at (800) 331-1600.
Shuttle service is also available from the
Redmond/Bend Airport through advance reservations only:
Sunriver Lodge – (800) 547-3922. Cost is $65 per person one
way for the first person, $10 for each additional person in the van.
Redmond Airport Shuttle - (888) 664-8449. Cost is $50 per person
for the first two people, $10 for each additional person.
Attire
Business casual is appropriate for all business and social events at
the NAST Annual Conference. The average temperature ranges from 60 to
80 degrees in September. Be aware that some days and/or nights may be
cool, so come prepared. |
