Registration Fee
The $1,750 registration fee covers instruction, resource materials, lodging, most meals, on site transportation and parking. Travel costs to the Institute are not included.

Enrollment Deadline
Enrollment is requested by July 20, 2007. Enrollment after July 20 will be accepted on a space available basis.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing no later than July 27 to receive a refund. No-shows will not be refunded.
