Spouse/Guest Program

Activities will be offered on Monday and Tuesday of the conference for spouses and guests of conference attendees. Space is limited and reservations must be made no later than August 12. You can reserve space for guests at the same time you register for the conference using the online registration form.

Monday, August 23
Williamsburg Winery Tour & Lunch (9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.)
Take a ferry to Bacon’s Castle then visit Virginia’s largest winery with an annual production of some 60,000 cases. After a guided tour of the winery, enjoy a light lunch with other NAST guests at a tavern overlooking the vineyards.

Busch Gardens Europe (9:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.)
Adrenaline-pumping roller coasters and family-friendly entertainment await you at the world’s “Most Beautiful Park.” Visit Europe without a passport at this 100-acre adventure park that captures the sights, sounds and tastes of six European countries and features more than 50 thrilling rides and other attractions. Lunch is included.

Tuesday, August 24
Colonial Williamsburg Tour (9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.)
Experience a revolutionary adventure as you step into 18th century Williamsburg, where George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry and other Virginia patriots established the ideals that influenced the founding of our nation and have inspired others around the world. See how Williamsburg’s everyday citizens lived during these extraordinary times.

Water Country USA (2:00-5:00 p.m.)
Dive into refreshing fun at the mid-Atlantic’s largest water park. Be sure to wear a swim suit to enjoy the state-of-the-art water rides and attractions in the middle of a 1950s and 60s surf theme. Splash back in time while experiencing the latest in super soakin’ thrills.
