Structures utilizing callable premium bonds are very popular in today’s marketplace. Issuers need to understand such bonds in order to optimize their own results and properly price bond issues.  Items to be discussed include how to compare par and premium structures, how to negotiate premium structures with underwriters, devising bid parameters for competitive sales and other related topics. There will be time for a question and answer session.
