The headquarters for the NAST Treasury Management Conference is the Doubletree Paradise Valley Hotel, located at 5401 N. Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85250-7090. Please make your reservations directly with the hotel by calling (877) 445-6677. You may also make your reservation by clicking here and using the code NAS. Be sure to mention the National Association of State Treasurers to receive the special conference rate of $119.00 single or double. Current state and local taxes of 11.92 percent per room per night will apply to all rooms. Note that there is a $50 fee for any early departures that may occur.
NOTE: The deadline for making your reservations is November 3, 2004. The hotel must receive one-night’s deposit on a major credit card or personal check to guarantee your reservation. Deposits are refundable until December 1, 2004, after which date the amount is nonrefundable. The check-in time is 4 p.m. and checkout time is 12 p.m.
